A tiny kitten faced a dire situation after becoming ensnared in a glue trap meant for rodents. Immobilized, the young feline was found malnourished and dehydrated.
The tortoiseshell kitten was carefully freed from the adhesive trap, her fur entirely matted with glue. It was evident she had been trapped for days, impacting her health significantly.
The Soi Dog Foundation stepped in, taking her to a local veterinarian for urgent care. At the clinic, the kitten, named Hagan, received IV fluids. The vet discovered Hagan was also battling anemia and severe hepatitis.

Currently, Hagan remains at the animal hospital, undergoing necessary treatment for her recovery. In a bid to cover her medical expenses, the rescue organization reached out to the Greater Good Charities’ Emergency Animal Medical fund.

Despite her ordeal, Hagan is showing signs of improvement, determined to bounce back and eventually find a loving family.

It’s important to note that pets undergoing critical treatment supported by the Emergency Animal Medical grant may not be immediately available for adoption.
If you are interested in adopting, it’s best to visit the specific shelter’s website for the latest updates on available pets and their adoption procedures.

Thanks to generous donations, Hagan received the lifesaving care she needed. Your continued support can help more shelter animals get the treatment they require. Consider making a donation today to save more lives.
