Suzette Hall was moved when she heard about the dog abandoned by this dangerous road. She felt compelled to take action.
Kind locals had tried to save the dog, but fear made her avoid their approach. Soon after, Hall, alongside her friend Mary Nakiso, found the scared pup hiding behind a bush.
