Heroic Rescue Frees Dog from Tight Iron Collar in Thai Nguyen

In the streets of Thai Nguyen, Son Tay province, a dog was found wearing a heavy iron collar that weighed around 1 kilogram. This collar had been placed around the dog’s neck when it was a puppy and became increasingly tight as the dog grew.

Rescue teams were called in to help the distressed animal. Despite various attempts, the task of removing the collar proved challenging. It wasn’t until they utilized special cutting tools that they managed to free the dog from the collar.

Following the removal of the collar, veterinary experts tended to the dog’s wounds, cleaning and treating the affected area. Meanwhile, police are actively investigating to find who is responsible for this case of animal cruelty.
