Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been embroiled in a lengthy court battle, with Jolie alleging that Pitt tried to enforce a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) to silence her—an accusation Pitt strongly denies.

Currently, Jolie holds primary custody of their six children, who reside with her in Los Angeles. Pitt has visitation rights as part of their divorce agreement.

However, this living arrangement might soon change as their daughter, Shiloh, reportedly plans to move in with her father at his Los Feliz mansion when she turns 18.

A source revealed to The Sun, “Shiloh hopes to move in with her dad when she turns 18 next month.” Representatives for both Jolie and Pitt have been approached for comments.

This development follows Jolie’s recent claims in court that Pitt was abusive towards her and their children, particularly during a 2016 plane incident that allegedly led to their divorce.

Jolie’s legal team has filed a motion to release communications, and they claim Pitt wouldn’t allow her to sell her share of their winery, Château Miraval, without signing a restrictive NDA.

Court documents allege, “Pitt’s history of physical abuse of Jolie started well before the family’s September 2016 plane trip from France to Los Angeles, and during this flight, he turned his physical abuse on the children as well.

Jolie immediately left him after this incident.” Pitt has consistently denied these allegations. Jolie’s recent lawsuit, filed on April 4, demands Pitt explain why he backed out of an agreement to buy her stake in the winery.

Jolie’s attorney suggests this decision was influenced by sealed documents in their custody dispute, which Pitt feared could become public.

The court documents state, “Jolie’s sealed filing, which included emails, summaries of the family’s expected testimony, and other evidence, caused Pitt to fear that the information could eventually become public.” Pitt allegedly insisted that Jolie sign an NDA to ensure her silence.

In response, Pitt filed a complaint asserting that Jolie’s team proposed a broader mutual non-disparagement clause during their divorce proceedings.

Pitt claims the NDA was intended to protect the reputation of the Miraval brand and has requested the judge to compel Jolie to produce previous NDAs to demonstrate that his proposed agreement was reasonable in comparison.

A source close to Pitt told The Mirror, “This is a pattern of behavior—whenever a decision goes against the other side, they consistently choose to introduce irrelevant information as a distraction.

There was a lengthy custody trial that involved the entire history of their relationship, and a judge who heard all the evidence still granted him 50/50 custody.”
